The body of Christ, the church is in no
way being told here that you no longer need to give. All I am saying is that
you should not be giving as a law. If you are being taught that you must tithe
or else, you need to check what the bible is saying about this.

If you are paying
10% of your income to God to receive anything special as a tither, you are
missing God.
·
If you are giving
your tithe and feeling indifferent about giving it, you are missing your
blessing of giving.
·
God said He would
receive your gift if given joyfully.
·
If you are
begrudgingly giving it, don't bother!
We all know the verse that tells us that
the more we give, the more God gives to us. Also the one that says we are to
give support to the ones who teach us in the gospel. Giving to the kingdom of
God is a good thing and will be rewarded by God abundantly. God tells us to
give to the poor, the elderly, and the fatherless children as well as our
church. When we give of ourselves and of our finances for the work of God, He
will bless us far more than we could ever give. God has sent me out with the
message to leaders and laymen that tithing is of the law and we are no longer
under the law. Giving as we feel lead, or as we are blessed freely with a
joyful heart is what God is asking. If you feel that 10% is a good guide, then
use it, but be sure you are doing it by choice and not because you believe you
must because it is a law. I know that if you will began giving with the right
attitude, God will bless you in all ways like you have never seen before. I am
living it. I listen to many gifted teacher and preacher that are asking their
people to tithe. I am not telling anyone these leaders are not true teachers! I
love them and enjoy listening to their messages. I have learned a great deal
from leaders that seem to believe tithing is for today's church. I don't
understand why they have not seen the truth of this issue yet. But I believe
that they will if they are helped to see it by the Word. I feel God has sent me
to get this truth to all leaders as well as the whole body of Christ. Help me
by showing this to your leader in the Lord. I can show anyone interested in the
truth of this issue that tithing is not for the New Testament church if I am
given a chance.
